Welcome to the Alliance! I was born and raised in New Orleans and am
Vietnamese American. My research interests include cultural trauma (the
ways trauma becomes embedded into cultural traits, the relationship
between trauma and culture, the way trauma continues to affect future
generations). I am one of the co-founders of the Alliance. I really
enjoy working and volunteering in the community. Currently, I'm
involved in the Asian Pacific Network of Oregon (APANO) and the
DisOREINT film festival.
